Technical Direction
Led a second engineer from onboarding to production — defining architecture, setting standards, reviewing every PR, and making sure the portal shipped without breaking the ecosystem.
Full Ownership
Every decision — from AWS infrastructure to pixel-level UX — was mine to make. Built as an engineer, led as a CTO, shipped as a founder.
